Refund policy

EASY EXCHANGE

  • At Gian Sons , we want each of you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to  exchange the items ordered. We have a simple 15 days exchange policy for your convenience.
  • To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn , unused, unwashed , with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start an exchange, you can contact us at Gaurav.giansons@gmail.com  or Whatsapp us on +919811316464  . Please note: we are available from 10:00 am to 6:000 pm (Mon-Sat ).      If we are unavailable when you reach out to us, be rest assured your concerns will be attended to as soon as possible.
  • Please mention your order number and reason for exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange a pick up for the parcel. 
  • Products bought during End of season sale and Flash Sale cannot be Exchanged .
  • Based on availability and preference, we'll send a replacement product upon receipt of returned products.
  • To be eligible for exchange, the products should not be used, washed or dirty. The product must also be in its original undamaged packing with all tags attached. Innerwear are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.
  • Replacement products will be typically shipped within 4 working days of receiving the returned products.
  • The parcel when received by us undergoes quality checks. Once this process is completed, your refunds will be initiated or the replacement item will be courier to you.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched, however, in case you receive a wrong, defected or damaged item, please contact us immediately .

CANCELLATION

  • Please reach out to us via email or Whatsapp if you should need to cancel your order. Orders placed on this website can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
